Year 4 Ufton Court Residential Trip
The final essential Information is as follows:-
- Please bring your child(ren) to school at 7.10am on Tuesday 7th May, wearing home clothes. We will be leaving for Ufton Court at 7.30am sharp. If any problems arise on the evening prior to, or the morning of departure, please leave a message on the school mobile phone 07388 475499 and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
- Please drop your child’s/children’s overnight suitcase/bag by the coach.
- Children should take their small rucksack containing their water bottle and indoor shoes into their classroom for registration.
- Parents may wait outside to wave the coach off at 7.30am.
- Children will be provided with a small snack on their arrival at Ufton Court and this will be followed by lunch.
- IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT NO ADDITIONAL FOOD ITEMS ARE BROUGHT IN SUITCASES DUE TO CHOKING HAZARDS AND SEVERE ALLERGIES.
- Information regarding safe arrival or a delayed return will be tweeted.
- We return to school at approximately 3.00pm on Wednesday 8th May.
