We are fundraising to build an outdoor all weather area on the lower field. We would like to give the opportunity for children to play on the field all year round during lunch times and PE lessons- all to promote health, exercise and wellbeing for all children.
To raise money for this area, we are running a football event where the children can take on their parents!
Kids VS Adults Football Matches
These will be an after school event. Mr Sellars is arranging mini 15 minutes matches where the children can face their adults. These will be held for children and parents on:
- Thursday 9th November 2023 - Yrs 5 & 6
- Thursday 16th November 2023.- Yrs 3 & 4
Both events will run from 3:45 - 4:30 and we will be asking for a donation on entry to the matches which will go towards the all-weather area.
Last year it was a great success. Spread the word, as we would love to have spectators encouraging the participants!
We will need to consider numbers so if you are interested in playing, please complete the Google Form by half term (20th October).
