We have a number of parent governor positions becoming available in the new academic year (2025/26). Could you be a parent governor? Take a hand in seeking assurance that the levels of teaching, learning, staff development and the curriculum are being implemented effectively. become a key stakeholder in holding the leadership to account and use your personal skills to really become part of Wallace Fields Junior School at a whole new level. If you think you have what it takes to be a school governor then please look at the specific details that are coming soon to the newsletter. You must commit to the meetings and to take up relevant training where needed. Obviously it follows safeguarding checks and training but this role could be very rewarding and your skills could be utilised by the school leadership. Give it some thought and look out for details in the near future.

A massive heap of thanks go to the staff and volunteers who made the Painshill Park trip such a joy.
