Last Friday afternoon we had the Christmas fair which was a huge success with sweets, cakes, gifts, bottles and more. The hamper winners were: Miss Anderson, Alex K in 5C and Carina G in 5S. There were lots of stalls such as: bottle tombola, sweetie tombola, lucky stockings, 12 Days of Christmas, café, lollipop house, hamper raffle, hair extensions and much more. Thank you to all the parents and children who contributed.
During this week, Year 5 have been making shelters. Some of the designs are very detailed but Year 5 overcame the challenges. Year 5 had to use saws to cut the wood into certain sizes so they needed to plan their shelters very well.
The carol concert was amazing with the teachers’ song, Thomas’s More’s solo, Evie Dalton’s solo and the year group’s songs!
