Following on from the exciting inter house cross-country competition last week. Wallace Fields cross-country team took part in the Epsom and Ewell Districts cross-country event on Wednesday 12th October 2022.
The top 4 boys and girls were selected to attend the District Cross Country Tournament at Sutton Grammar Sports Ground and included the following children in Year 5 & 6: Sophie S, Neve O, Emily K, Sylvie, Suria, Esther, Edie, Olivia D, Ben O, Kasper, Harry S, Jacob R, Jaik, Joseph, Zander, and Sam R.
All team members showed remarkable grit and determination to come 5th overall. An amazing result was accomplished by the girls who came 3rd. Big thank you to all who took part, we are so proud of you!
